Customer Care
All pieces of jewelry are guaranteed for one year, unless the glass is broken after purchase. No two pieces of glass are identical. Each piece is made by hand and therefore holds its uniqueness. Earring pairs will vary in size, color, shape and design.
Commission pieces are welcomed, knowing that nothing can be absolutely duplicated. Every single piece is unique just like you and me!
Earrings are available in stainless steel, hypoallergenic metals, 14 k gold plated, silver plated, sterling silver, antique silver, iron, brass (silver color) and premium metal. All of the metals used are nickel and lead free.
Not all Serving platters are food safe please verify before purchasing. Shomo Glass is neither oven nor dishwasher safe.
If You Break any of your glass pieces you may contact me and I will do my best to salvage or create something new with your broken pieces (fees will apply).
